Booking details may be shared with staff at the selected lounge as needed to fulfill your appointment. We keep booking and contact records only as long as needed for operations, customer service, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them when no longer necessary.

Some services (such as Tiny Tips) may be suitable for children when accompanied. Booking forms should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
